Proposals and agreements

Any work we perform is governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties, together with any required purchase order. That document controls scope, exclusions, schedule, pricing, payment terms and site responsibilities. Approving a proposal online records your acceptance so we can follow up; scheduling and any additional paperwork are confirmed with you directly. Changes to scope should be agreed in writing.
