How we handle the information you send us.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send through this website. That includes the contact details, company information and project details you enter in our bid request, contact and careers forms, and any documents you upload with a bid request, such as plans or specifications.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics services or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare estimates and proposals, and schedule site visits.
• To send you a proposal link you can review and approve online, if you request a proposal.
• To review job applications.
• To keep records of our customer relationships and the work we perform.
• To protect the website from misuse and to meet our legal obligations.

Who can see it

Your information is available only to Bright Cleaning Sev Inc. staff who need it to respond to you, through a password-protected system. We do not sell or rent your information.

We use a small number of service providers to run the website: our website and its files are hosted in the United States by Render, and email notifications are sent through Microsoft 365. These providers process information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information when required by law.

Uploaded documents

Bid documents can contain confidential project information. Please upload only files you are authorized to share. Uploaded files are stored securely and are accessible only to our team.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, perform and document our work, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete information that we no longer need to keep.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
