Request a Commercial Proposal →Purpose and service overview
Targeted re-cleaning of affected areas, fingerprints, dust, smudges, fixtures, floors, and glass following punch-list work. Mobilized around inspection dates, substantial completion, and owner walkthroughs.
Typical scope inclusions
The following are examples of tasks that may be included when specifically listed in the proposal or service schedule:
- Targeted re-cleaning of documented locations
- Removal of fingerprints, smudges, and dust from affected surfaces
- Touch-up of glass, fixtures, floors, and restrooms as listed
- Area-by-area tracking against punch-list notes
Items that require separate review or pricing
To avoid scope gaps, the following are not assumed to be included unless expressly agreed in writing:
- Repair of scratches, paint, caulk, or construction defects
- Cleaning of areas not identified or not included
- Damage caused by later work or other trades
Service delivery sequence
- Review site information, service areas, surfaces, and access requirements.
- Confirm work window, site contact, safety rules, and materials/equipment responsibilities.
- Perform tasks in the agreed order and protect adjacent finishes and occupied areas.
- Complete the agreed checklist and report any blocked, unsafe, or inaccessible areas.
- Coordinate inspection, correction of included deficiencies, and closeout.
Quality review and completion
Completion should be evaluated against the written scope and agreed acceptance criteria—not an undefined expectation of “everything.” The client and service provider should identify the areas inspected, any exceptions, and any follow-up work authorized.

Frequently asked questions
Can this service be included in a larger contract?
Yes. Related services can be combined in a proposal when the scope, pricing, schedule, and responsibilities are clearly identified.
Can you price from plans and specifications?
Bid documents can be submitted for review. A walkthrough or clarification may still be required to validate site conditions and quantities.
What happens if the scope changes?
Changes should be documented, priced, and approved by the authorized client representative before additional work proceeds, except for immediate safety actions.
